Seed Saturday 8: Verbascum blattaria

I am highlighting the seeds of a plant species on Saturdays that I am calling Seed Saturday!

This Saturday's feature is Verbascum blattaria, Moth Mullein. Family Scrophulariaceae.

Seed Information: The seeds of this plant can stay viable for over 100 years!

Seed Description: The seeds kind of appear like a column with nobs around them, perhaps somewhat similar to corn on the cob if you have eaten that before, yet not quite. The column cut to pieces. The seeds are brown.

Seeds were viewed using a dissecting microscope with magnification of 10x and 40x. Ruler marks are in millimeters (mm, metric system).
